Today Garry from mountain safety New Zealand came to talk to Team 3 about bush survival skills. They will use these skills in planned activities at camp.

Book

Room 14 had excellent book week. We all got really involved on dress up day and the kids enjoyed being taught by spiderman. Congratulations to all those who won prizes in the school book week competition. You made room 14 very proud. The class were very busy making cars, fairy-tale houses, posters, and book selling.

Gideon and Sam learnt the hard way today. They will never leave their togs at the pool ever again.

Room 14 swimming lessons.

Room 14 are halfway through there swimming lessons. It is awesome to see you all making excellent progress. Keep up the good work.

Room 14 enjoyed a visit from Gideons mum. She cooked the class "pop" which is a south African dish. We thought it tasted a bit like porridge.
